Special Sessions

Special Session Organization is highly encouraged. The goal of these special sessions is to provide a forum for focused discussions on new topics or innovative applications of established approaches within the theme of the conference. Sessions of similar topics may be proposed, if needed we will schedule them at different slots over the conference period.

Each organized special session should have a minimum of 10 registered papers. The session organizers have full authority in soliciting and accepting papers for the session. Each session is limited to no more than 4 organizers and the session organizer can designate a chair and a co-chair for the session. The allocated presentation time for each paper is 15 minutes which includes the time for questions from the audience.

An Honorarium will be provided to the session organizer to manage their special session (please note that a minimum of 10 papers should be registered and presented (either online or offline) to run a special session).

Please submit your special session proposals by email to the conference chairs at chair@aiccons.com. The proposals should include:

  1.  Special Session Title
  2.  A short description (2-3 lines) & covered topics
  3.  Session organizer(s) with their affiliation

All the special session proposals will be reviewed by conference organizers and TPC chairs and the accepted proposal will be notified to the organizers within one week from the submission date. Once the proposal is accepted it will appear under this tab with the special session name and their organizers.

Important Notes

  • Authors submitting papers for any of the proposed special sessions should choose the respective session number and title in CMT. A dedicated track is created for each special session in the CMT, authors submitting papers to any of the special sessions are requested to choose the respective tracks for submitting their papers for the corresponding special sessions.

  • If for a special session, the number of received papers is less than 10, then all those papers in that special session will be considered as a regular submission.
