Publication & Indexing

All the AICCoNS 2026 and its Special Sessions accepted and presented papers will be published in any one of the following conference proceedings, based on the decision of Editorial Committee after seeing the review comments, Paper content scope and its quality. The committee decision will be final and no change of publication from springer CCIS to AIP Conference Proceedings or vice-versa will be entertained under any circumstances.

All the accepted and registered papers of AICCONS 2026 and its constituent special session Tracks (i.e. Track 1 to 10) will be published as below 

Publication in Taylor and Francis Conference Proceeding

All the accepted and registered papers of AICCONS 2025 and its constituent special session Tracks (i.e. Track 1 to 21) will be published as conference proceedings by Taylor and Francis. All the registered and presented papers of the conference will be submitted to Scopus, WoS and other major database for indexing by Taylor and Francis.

Only for the Papers submitted to Springer Thematic Session. For more Information refer Springer Thematic Session Tab. 

All the peer reviewed and selected papers of the thematic session on “Pioneering Artificial Intelligence and Secure Communication Network for Smarter Future“ will be published as proceedings with Springer in their prestigious “Springer Proceedings in Information and Communication Technologies” series (https://www.springer.com/series/17395). For detailed instructions for author and editors of conference proceedings, kindly visit the following link: https://www.springer.com/us/authors-editors/conference-proceedings. Select papers from the conference will be published by Springer as a proceedings book volume. Springer will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers and only papers that pass these checks will be published. Springer Nature does not charge any money for publication of Non-Open Access content. Abstracts/extended abstracts and short papers (less than 4 pages) are not considered for publication. 

Few peer reviewed and selected papers from the Artificial Intelligence Track (especially from the topic AI/Machine Learning in health care and AI in Industry, ethics, and Society), will be considered for publication in Scopus indexed Springer book titled as book chapters in “AI in Orthopaedics”. Please note, that the decision for the selection of the paper will be made by conference program chairs and the same will be notified to the author for their consent. If the author provides their consent then their paper will be considered for publication in this Springer book (at no extra cost). If the author denies the offer then their paper will be published as with other regular papers in either of the above mentioned conference proceedings.

Few peer reviewed and selected papers from Communication Technology Track, will be considered for publication in Scopus indexed River publisher book titled “Future Communication Technology and Network: Design Aspects and Applications”. Please note, that the decision for the selection of the paper will be made by conference program chairs and the same will be notified to the author for their consent. If the author provides their consent then their paper will be considered for publication in this River Publisher book (at no extra cost). If the author denies the offer then their paper will be published as with other regular papers in either of the above mentioned conference proceedings.

All the accepted and registered paper of AICCONS 2025 and its constituent tracks (i.e. Track 1 to 21) after substantial extension (at least 60 to 70%) will be considered for Publication in Engineered Science Journal  a very high quality Scopus Indexed (Quartile 1 (Q1), 98%  percentile), Journal published by Engineered Science Publishers at an additional APC as charged by the publisher. NOTE : Please note that after the conference registration of AICCONS 2026, the conference chair will inform all the authors of registered papers about the publication process in the engineered science journal. It is totally at the discretion of author to avail this opportunity or not.

Publication Policy​

  1. We do not claim or guarantee that any papers will be published by any specific publisher or indexed. Publishers or organizations can decline to publish the conference paper that do not meet their quality standards.
  2. We do not claim or guarantee that any papers will be indexed in any database. Indexing services evaluate conference papers and independently determine what they will index.

AIP Conference Proceedings, Online ISSN 1551-7616, Print ISSN 0094-243X. The AIP Conference Proceedings is indexed in Scopus, The Conference Proceedings Citation Index (part of Web of Science), IET Inspec, Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS), Astrophysics Data System (ADS). See about indexing here

Publication in Springer Proceedings in Information and Communication Technologies

Springer “Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS), Series”, Electronic ISSN: 1865-0937, Print ISSN1865-0929. The CCIS series are indexed in Scopus, EI Compendex, DBLP, SCImago, zbMATH, INSPEC, Japanese Science and Technology Agency (JST), and Norwegian Register for Scientific Journals and Series. Please note final paper accepted for CCIS series will also be checked by editorial board of Springer CCIS and accordingly decision of publication will be made in this series.
