As ransomware attacks grow in sophistication, traditional backup strategies are no longer sufficient. This keynote explores how immutable backups built on write-once-read-many (WORM) principles  have become a cornerstone of modern cyber resilience, ensuring data integrity and rapid recovery even under the most targeted attacks.

Drawing on real-world case studies and hands-on implementation experience across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud, this session delivers a practical, cloud-agnostic framework for deploying immutable backup architectures at enterprise scale covering retention policies, legal holds, versioning, audit logging, and cross-platform governance.
