Bio : Sharath Chandra Macha is a Senior Lead Software Engineer and Associate Architect at CBRE Inc., providing technical and strategic leadership for enterprise ServiceNow platforms, IT service management automation, and AI/ML integration. With over 10 years of experience, he has led high-impact enterprise IT projects, transformed complex workflows into scalable solutions, and mentored engineering teams to drive operational excellence.
He has authored 11 peer-reviewed publications in AI, machine learning, blockchain, and robotics, and the book “Harnessing: Artificial Intelligence to Revolutionize Robotics”. His work has earned 9 international awards, including Best Researcher, Best Innovation, and Best Paper Awards, and he holds 5 registered UK patents.
