Title of the Talk :
Beyond Chatbots: Multi-Agent Messaging Systems for B2B and B2C Applications
Abstract of Talk:
The rapid evolution of AI has exposed the limitations of traditional chatbots, which rely on single-agent, rule-driven interaction models. As enterprises demand richer automation, real-time decision-making, and personalized communication across both B2B and B2C environments, a new paradigm is emerging: multi-agent messaging systems. These systems combine large language models (LLMs), event-driven architecture, and specialized AI agents that can reason, collaborate, and act across complex workflows.
This talk introduces the architecture and design principles behind multi-agent messaging systems, highlighting how intent agents, pricing agents, logistics agents, and personalization agents can work together through message passing instead of monolithic logic. By leveraging event buses such as Kafka or NATS, these agents dynamically share context, negotiate decisions, and deliver unified, human-like responses across customer support, commerce interactions, and enterprise communication channels.
Real-world examples illustrate how multi-agent collaboration enhances customer engagement, automates B2B workflows, improves operational efficiency, and unlocks adaptive behavior far beyond what single chatbots can achieve. The session concludes with a forward-looking view of how multi-agent messaging will define the next era of intelligent enterprise communication.
