Abstract of Talk:
Generative AI is redefining how organizations interact with data, but its true potential is only unlocked when paired with enterprise-grade semantic search. This keynote explores how Oracle Database 23ai integrates AI Vector Search to power Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), allowing Large Language Models (LLMs) to reason over private enterprise data without compromising security or performance.
Attendees will gain insights into how vector embeddings represent the semantic meaning of structured and unstructured data—including documents, images, and support telemetry—and how Oracle’s converged database architecture enables the seamless integration of vector search with relational, JSON, and business data.
Through real-world use cases, we will demonstrate how developers can combine customer preferences and product metadata using just a few lines of SQL. Finally, the session will highlight Oracle’s mission-critical OLTP strengths, enabling real-time AI search for high-stakes applications such as fraud detection, risk profiling, and intelligent support systems.
