Title of the Talk :
From Fragmentation to Flow: A Unified Federated Framework for Product Onboarding at Scale

Abstract of Talk:
Enterprises struggle with fragmented product and pricing onboarding, leading to slow launches, inconsistent data, and heavy manual intervention. This keynote introduces the Unified Federated Product Intake (UFPI) Framework—an architectural approach that turns product enablement into a streamlined, governed, and observable lifecycle.
We’ll explore how a central lifecycle orchestrator, workflow engine, and event-driven backbone coordinate multiple domains—pricing, catalog, payments, and more—without creating a new monolith. Using contract-first design and federated ownership, UFPI enables safe validation, staged rollout, and auditability across systems.
Attendees will gain a practical blueprint and patterns—such as sagas, idempotent operations, and clear service interfaces—to reduce time-to-market, eliminate onboarding chaos, and make product intake a strategic, scalable capability rather than a recurring bottleneck.
